A baby cries and we hand down building blocks — some puzzle-building toys, some creative art pieces, jumbled together. With those blocks, kids develop buildings, objects, and beautiful scenes. These are game-based constructive and creative works. Life, too, takes varied moves each single day. Good food, leisure, site visits, and similar elements give spiritual moves to life. Life's vitality shifts from an ordinary, general level towards a little higher one. The visibility of hope, achievements in relations, career, society, and skillful positive interaction gives birth to constructive evolution on this planet. Constructive transformation activates the creative sphere of human behavior, brain, and mindset. It works as fertile soil for the brain, supporting new seeds and saplings to grow, emerge, and radiate the power of joyful, colorful sustenance. Being fearless yet humbled by one's surroundings gives strength and energy to its roots. The potential to withstand internal and external hardships with determined willpower evokes the conscious power of equanimity. It generates the power of spiritual tolerance, emerging on the physical, verbal, thought, and emotional levels. Tolerance without abuse and hatred, without agony and the feeling of revenge, not only converts the heat of negative emotions into positive ones but, in fact, destroys the very source of all kinds of emotional heat. The only source of one's existence connects with the source of universal existence. The universal source is free of extinction, free of challenges, free of distortion, and free from degeneration. Particular reality originates and eventually decays. The universal aspect persists. It can never destroy the 'deep' dimension or the essence characteristics of reality. The true manifestation of the universal, along with the particular or special aspect, points to the true nature of human reality. Being, in its nature, is a blessing.
On a conventional level, 'acceptance' can work as a constructive method of samata. Acceptance as a requisite, cultural norm, or protocol could be a positive mode of samata. Active acceptance emerges from mind and soul — a willingness to accommodate differences with dignity, and to wait and watch its fruition, yet unseen and uninvestigated. Novelty evolves from soulful hope and silent positive support. Further, patience, vision, and gratitude towards endeavors undertaken with constructive approaches, strategies, skills, and group support boost the chain of healthy and strong outcomes. These may prove empowering on a personal and structural level. They help generate good, creative individuals full of hope, cooperation, and harmony. A good and fair system would support each section of society, working across varied departments and units. It would be more inclusive and fuller of intrinsic and extrinsic values, with intrinsic worth having the upper hand in times of dilemma, reflecting ethical and moral commitments. Vitality and bioelectricity revolving in the entire sphere radiate a sense of conscious living with dignity towards each one's existence. The constructive and creative pieces of each one's life experiences expand further connectivity, magnifying the flow of care and love towards tiny and giant opportunities, entities, and designations alike.
Mistakes are not ignored but absorbed with kindness and empathy. One does not merely pardon but genuinely forgives the wrongs done towards self and others. This reduces the burden of accumulated inner weight, and emotions piled inside are cleansed in their own time — diminishing the chances of deterioration and the erosion of freshness. Just as fresh food, a clean house, a green environment, a pure fragrance, and a flourishing garden nourish life, a human mind and social system endowed with a creative and constructive spirit grows fruitful virtues, simple individuals, and value-based societies, states, and nations. It also helps eradicate the vices prevailing in society and individuals. Poverty, disparity, discrimination, illiteracy, malnutrition, and many more are taken seriously as hazardous elements that spread virally, infecting the mind and soul of individuals. Further, ego, selfishness, pride, fear, and inferiority or superiority complexes loosen their grip on the human mind. Thus, a very balanced, light, simple, and actively energized system — one that can take care of self, nature, and higher energy — keeps evolving and generating a calm, peaceful atmosphere.
